44 Flats – Northampton

This project saw the undertaking of 44 new build flats. P&W completed the undertaking of full design, supply, installation and commissioning. This also included the life safety systems and access control.

6 House & 4 Flats – Princess Risborough

This project saw the undertaking of the full electrical Design Supply and Installation. This also included all mechanical ventilation and controls. P&W also carried out full commissioning for the ventilation systems providing full certification to meet building regs for local authority sign off.

Great Bourton

This project saw the undertaking of three new build exclusive properties. Built in Great Bourton by a private developer, P&W completed to a high-end finish matching the aesthetic the client had set out. We carried out all electrical services, including mechanical controls wiring & ventilation commissioning.

Mill Hayes Smart Home

This Project involved the complete new Electrical installation, Control4 smart home controls, Intruder, CCTV, and ventilation carried out by P&W.

6 Flats & 1 Dwelling – Blisworth

This Project saw the undertaking of 6 new flats in a refurbishment of a period property, with new 4 Bed dwelling. Included the Full electrical, Access and IRS installation.

HMO – Wellingborough

This Project involved the complete supply and installation of the Electrical & life safety systems along with new Sub mains & heating controls.

Byfield Smart home

This Project saw the undertaking of the complete electrical design, install and commission. The project included integrated smart controls, CCTV, Fire alarm and intruder alarm system. P&W Electrical also provided the MVHR Ventilation system.

6 Flats, Flitwick

This Project saw the undertaking or 6 new build flats on top of an existing building adding an extra story. P&W completed the undertaking of the full electrical installation, life safety systems, access control.

Wine Cellar

This project involved the electrical installation including power & lighting in preperation for a small wine cellar fitout.

Derngate

P & W proudly undertook the full electrical installation of this listed period property located in the centre of Northamptons culture centre, including decorative lighting, small power, fire alarm, heating controls & EV charger.

Orchard Court

This project saw the under taking of 8 new dwellings & 4 barn conversion’s, varying in size from 2 bedroom to 5 bedroom properties. We carried out all electrical services including mechanical control wiring & ventilation commissioning.

Ash View

This project saw the under taking of 6 new dwellings. We carried out all electrical services including mechanical control wiring for air source heat pumps, under floor heating & ventilation commissioning.

Stow Longa

This project saw the under taking of large passive 5 bedroom property with multiple reception rooms. We carried out the full electrical services including three phase distribution, power, lighting, air source heat pumps supplies, under floor heating & MVHR.

Lime Tree

This project saw the under taking of a large 5 bedroom property with multiple reception rooms. We carried out the full electrical services including distribution, power, lighting, under floor heating wiring , Alarm & future EV supplies.

The 1834 Forge

This project saw the under taking of a large full refurbishment of the Forge building and complete redesign & rewire to the existing property including a small standalone office . We carried out the full electrical services including distribution, power, lighting, under floor heating wiring & controls, external lighting, ventilation & life safety systems.

The Loaf

This project saw the under taking of a large full refurbishment of the Loaf Cottage and complete redesign & rewire to the existing property. Highfield House

Located in the heart of a highly sought-after North Oxfordshire village, and set within a notable Conservation Area, this project involved the sensitive extension and refurbishment of a beautiful 18th Century dwelling. P&W Electrical Ltd provided the full D&B package including the AV elements.

Stamford Refurbishment
